1. Account Manager
Commercial Transportation, China Mill Products
1)Identify key market demands and requirements in all commercial transportation segments including railcar, bulk transportation, tanker & trailer, containers and components, marine, bus and truck.
2)Establish close relationships with all key manufactures, end users and distributors and different level of government & regulation organizations.
3)Maintain and develop commercial relationship with existing commercial transportation customers.
4)Work with Application engineer to develop new accounts.
5)Communicate with manufacturers, end users and government & regulation organizations on benefits of using AL FRP and replacing steel or other materials with AL FRP.
6)Steadily increase sales to existing and new commercial transportation customers thru. imported products from European Mill Products/North America Rolled Products and future local made products in China.
7)Expand sales and meet objectives.
8)Report to Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Transportation, China Mill Products
Requirements:
1)Min. 10 years strong sales experience in commercial transportation industry(railcar, bulk transportation, tankers & trailers, components, marine, bus or truck)
2)Approved good sales and market development records
3)Bachelor degree in metallurgical materials, material engineering or commercial
4)Min. 5 years related experience in multinational company
5)Fluent in both English and Chinese
6)Good computer skills.
2. Application Engineer
Commercial Transportation, China Mill Products
1)Identify key market demands and requirements in all commercial transportation segments including railcar, bulk transportation, tanker & trailer, components, marine, bus and truck.
2)Establish close relationships with all key manufactures, end users and distributors and different level of government & regulation organizations.
3)Actively promote AL FRP contents and application solutions in existing and future market segments.
4)Communicate with manufacturers, end users and government & regulation organizations on benefits of using AL FRP and replacing steel or other materials with AL FRP.
5)Provide basic and useful technical, application and designing assistance to commercial transportation accounts when they convert to use AL in existing or new models.
6)Work with Commercial transportation teams and application engineers in NARP and EMP on experiences in those markets and translate those experiences into China and Asia market.
7)Develop market for Alcoa FRP in China, India, Korea, SE Asia and Australia.
8)Provide after sales support and application solution to existing commercial transportation customers thru. Imported products from EMP and NARP by closely working with Sales in China, Korea, SE Asia, India and Australia.
9)Report to Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Transportation, China Mill Products
Requirements:
1)Min. 10 years experience in technical, market development dept., commercial transportation industry(railcar, bulk transportation, tankers & trailers, components, marine, bus or truck)
2)Bachelor degree in metallurgical materials or material engineering
3)Min. 5 years related experience in multinational company
4)Fluent in both English and Chinese
5)Good computer skills.
